Visual Merchandiser at Åhléns in Farsta

Your Role

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser for Åhléns in Farsta with the mission to deliver the best customer experience for everyone - always! With us, you will be responsible for the store's visual sales environment and create an atmosphere that is selling, varied, and inspiring for the customer based on a given store concept. It is a broad role where you will work with all departments of the store as well as the display windows.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, execute, and follow up on campaign and activity displays in collaboration with the store's Sales staff
• Actively participate and influence sales efforts in meetings with customers
• Through your knowledge of products, materials, and trends, be a key person for every visitor

You will be part of a passionate team of about 15 people. Together with the Store Manager and Sales Leader, you will be part of the store's management team. In addition, you will work closely with Sales staff, whom you will train and support in their daily work with product displays.

We Are Looking For

At Åhléns, we believe that when we share knowledge and experiences, success and enthusiasm, we make each other better. You bring with you:

• A few years of experience in sales and service, preferably within retail
• Work experience in a similar role
• A qualification as a Visual Merchandiser or equivalent studies
• A strong interest and sense for fashion, trends, color, and form

To succeed in this role, you are passionate about fashion and trends and see sales opportunities in everything you do. Furthermore, you are creative and analytical and used to taking your own initiatives within given frameworks. You are good at communicating and engaging others. You are positive, goal-oriented, and flexible. You should also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize your work effectively.

The position is a permanent employment of 38.25 hours/week, and we hope you can start with us as soon as possible.
